I think I'm already tired of people online being like "you aren't READY for what's coming NEXT" like they know the details of it all. Like they know precisely what evil, chaotic shit That Man is gonna do. We can all guess, but we don't know, and no one has some secret sauce of Readiness. Like, stop being edgy in the face of fascism. We need to be kind to each other, not condescending. I get it, it sucks to be scared, but pretending like you know more than anyone else won't spare you these feelings we're all feeling. People all "well I saw him winning coming from a mile away" well good for you, buddy! I woke up shocked and upset that next day. Apologies for believing in the good of my fellow man, or what not. Gonna keep doing that while also being practical about preparing for whatever happens and taking care of the communities I care about. Tired of the Posts already, and he's not even been sworn in yet.
